All products purchased on Bundle of Joy are delivered to your home free-of-charge! After you place your order, we will contact you to arrange delivery time and date.
Orders are dispatched with our own delivery vans and the delivery schedule is as follows:
Your product will have at least 18 months, unless otherwise stated when you place your order.
HiPP only uses milk from farms that fully comply with the guidelines of organic farming. For more details, please refer to the following link on HiPP's website:
If you change your mind:
You can cancel your order and get a refund if you get in touch before it is shipped. If your items have already shipped we are happy to refund the cost of unwanted products. Please contact us by email email@example.com to advise that you wish to return your order within 14 working days from the date you received the goods. You will then have 14 working days from this date to return the goods back to the Bundle of Joy team (at your own expense). A refund can only be given against full cases of product which are returned to us in their original, unopened condition. Once received your order will be refunded within 28 days.
We do advise that you send your order via a tracked service as we will not be held responsible for any lost items in transit.
If something isn’t right:
If what we’ve sent you is wrong, we will refund the cost of the product and delivery. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to let them know and arrange your cancellation or return.
We accept the following payment methods:
Credit Cards: we accept Visa and Mastercard
E-Wallets: we accept GCash and, very soon, GrabPay
COD (Cash-On-Delivery): you can pay upon delivery
PayPal can also be used to complete your order
You can set up your preferred payment method when you create an account with Bundle of Joy and change it anytime thereafter.
If you are a guest user, please select your preferred payment method during the checkout.
If you'd like to deactivate your Bundle of Joy account, you'll need to get in touch with our customer care team. You'll need to confirm the following:
• Your full name
• Your date of birth
• Your billing address
• Your registered email address
Once you've confirmed this information, we'll deactivate your account and send you an email to confirm your account has been closed.
